There are no refunds for the services conducted as stated in your Agreement. Please contact us
with any questions in regard to the fee rates associated with your Entrepreneur Program.
If your company already possesses an Operations Manual complete with a Business Plan,
Employee Manual, and Employee Handbook, there will be no need to develop these if you send
these to your TJA consultant and they are approved. The janitorial training courses are yours to
use. We recommend that you use these videos to provide initial training to your cleaning staff.

documentation fees. We also do not charge you for the contracts you obtain on your own. As you

Not only does this program focus on contract acquisition development, it is a perfect
environment to learn the TJA business model for those who may be interested in joining our
corporate and/or franchise team in the future.
Another major change in the program is that the Minimum Business Volume Opportunities you
will receive will be strictly calculated based upon 12 monthly billings rather than the full
contract term.
All bidding for business volume opportunities will be qualified and approved by you if bid less
than $18.00 per hour.
How this works:
If any business volume opportunity is bid at a rate less than $18.00 per hour it will be that way
because you specifically opted for TJA to bid that way on that particular account. (See Premier
